Read-Only Access to Customer Details via Custom Role in Oracle Fusion

We have a client requirement to provide read-only access to customer details in Oracle Fusion. To fulfill this, we created a custom role and assigned the following privileges:

  • Customer Account Inquiry
  • Manage Customer

However, users with this custom role are unable to view Customer Account and Customer Site details when querying a specific customer. Despite having inquiry-level privileges, the expected data is not visible.

Has anyone successfully implemented a read-only role for customer data? Are there additional privileges or configurations required to enable view-only access to customer accounts and sites?

Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
