Recommendation Jobs on Career Site is enabled with grayed out.

Summary:

In Oracle Recruitment Cloud, while checking the configuration for career site page. I have found that the option for 'Enabled recommended jobs based on upload' is enabled with grayed out checkbox.

However, I checked from the career site page, I'm to find upload resume feature. This option is also not available on 'Pages' section on career site configuration page.

How do I check this option, help me to resolve this.
