Is it possible to hide assignment changes in Historical Changes on Employment Info page

Hello,

Navigation = My Client Groups -> Show More -> Employment Info -> Choose an employee -> Historical Changes

When we click on an employee, we can see all his historical changes at the bottom of the page:

Our client does not wish to see the assignment changes in this section. Only action ‘Hire’ should be visible.
Is this possible?
