Work Relationship - Redwood page issue

Hello experts,

we are facing a strange behaviour in WOrk relationship page in Redwood.

If we click on that page as an Admin, the landing is on a page that act likes some changes need to be done, and we cannot view the information on an aggregate page.

While if we click on the page with an HR, who is not able to change the information, then the page appears in Visualization.

How is this possible?

Is there a way for the Admin to see the page also in visualization and not only in EDIT mode?
