Issue with “View Document” in Documents of Record – PDF Download Error

Hi Team,

Whenever we try to add Documents of Record and click on View Document against an employee, the PDF report should download, but it is throwing an error message.

Steps to replicate in Dev1 instance:

  1. Navigate to Me > Document Records.
  2. Click on New Document Record.
  3. Add document type: <EE_VERIFICATION>.
  4. Enter details like Name, Number, Issuing Country.
  5. Click on View Document.

At this step, instead of downloading the PDF, we are receiving an error.

Could you please check and let us know what is causing this issue?
