Can a photo be updated in the photo section on the Person Details page?

Summary: Can the photo in the photo section on the person details page be updated/changed?

Me > Personal Information > Person Details > Click the edit pencil in the photo section. We are not seeing a way to change the photo. We do have the Manage Person Image privilege on our custom role. Is there something else we are missing?
