Sign On Bonus Effective Date Report

We have a OTBI Sign On Bonus report that runs based on hire date. I'm looking to update this report to pull based on Sign On Bonus Effective date instead. However, when I update the report with the sign on bonus effective date prompt I'm getting an error.

Any suggestions on how to update/change this to have the report run based on Sign On Bonus effective date?
