Updated questionnaire and qualification areas not reflecting in the Redwood Supplier Registration

Summary:

We have the new Redwood Supplier Registration page enabled and we also have the Qualification area. However as we do update some of our questionnaire and qualification area changes are not reflecting in the UI. Questionnaires and Qualification area are all active.

Even we do a from scratch Registration the update are still not showing

Is there a Job that needs to be run for the changes to reflect?
