Why is the contract request not visible on the requestor's page after submission?

Summary:

Hi Experts ,

We are experiencing an issue with the Contract Request Form introduced under the contract module. When a requestor creates and submits a contract request for approval, then submitted request does not appears at the requesters page. Additionally , the Add filters option does not display any available filters , and there is no option to download the contracts from the requestor's page.

Could you please advise the possible cause or resolution for this issue ?
