Customer name on transfer order

The request is for Transfer Order shipments in the Manage Shipment Lines page. For any transfer order, business would like to "add to shipment," regardless of the customer's name.

The requirement is to group transfer orders based on the same Ship-To location, even if the orders are for different customers.

According to the existing configurations, we can add a Transfer Order (TO) shipment line with the same customer to an existing TO that already has a shipment number. However, if the customer names are different, we cannot add a TO (which does not yet have a shipment) to another one that already has a shipment.
