ORC: Jobs that are no longer available is included in the list of recommended jobs

Summary:

Hi!

We are planning to enable the job metric feature and recommended jobs in our external career site. Upon testing, the list of recommend jobs show jobs that are not available anymore:


Are we missing something here? Is this an expected behavior? We believe that this should not be the behavior since recommended jobs should show jobs that are available.
