"Ban the Address" solutions?
Summary:
Wondering how other Companies are supporting the Ban the Address laws (i.e. Spokane) whereby Employers are not allowed to inquire about address prior to a conditional offer.
Does ORC allow for an Application Flow based on Primary and Other Location fields (maybe create an app flow defined by the location fields so we can remove/hide the Address fields just for Spokane) , while still having a separate App Flow for other Locations that contain the Address field?
Are we able to create two different RMI flows triggered at different times in the hiring process? (i.e one that captures SSN at one point of the CSP and a different RMI that captures address info for Spokane at a different point in the CSP?)
