Employee presented in Join Waitlist option for an offering despite seat availability
Summary:
For a future dated Offering on a course, an employee is presented with Join waitlist option instead of Enrol. The no. of vacant seats is also displayed "0".
However, the capacity rules on the offering definition suggests that the max capacity = 25 and currently active learners = 17. There are 5 learners with withdrawn status and 2 with deleted status.
Ideally, there are 8 vacant seats available for this offering.
