How to configure Contract Extension flow in BPM?

Hello

I have tried to find information about configuring Manage Contracts approval but wasn't able to do so. Currrently, when we add contract extension it's being completed without any transaction (it's not even visible in Transaction console) so also there is no any approval.

My question is - how to modify the flow and add any approval for Contract Extension action?
