RSSP: diacritical marks or non-ASCII characters

The user's last name contains a diacritical mark. When the user creates requisitions and views the approver, the name appears with a special character (in this case it is í) as shown below. Kindly advise if this can be addressed. A Service Request (SR 4-0000879306) has been raised for this issue.
