How can we configure the system to support dynamic approval

We are implementing a Spot Award where employees can nominate themselves or other employees. The approval workflow is:

  • For self-nomination: Line Manager → HRBP
  • For nominating others: The nominator selects the Nominee's Employee Number as one of the ICP input values (Element Input), and the approval should route to the Nominee’s Line Manager and HRBP.

How can we configure the system to support this dynamic approval routing based on whether the nomination is for self or others?
