AP/AR transactions calculating tax, but no rates defined under Manage Tax Rates/Recovery Rates
I’m seeing tax amounts being calculated correctly on both Payables and Receivables transactions, but when I navigate to Setup > Financials > Tax > Manage Tax Rates and Setup > Financials > Tax > Manage Tax Rules, I don’t see any tax definitions or rate records. I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
What I’ve Checked So Far:
- Confirmed I have the Oracle Fusion Tax Manager role with full access.
- Tax Configuration steps completed: Tax Regimes, Tax Zones, Tax Rules are all active.
Questions:
- Where does Fusion store or reference the “default” tax rate when none are visible in Manage Tax Rates?
