Data Form Lock - After User Input the data

Summary:

We have received a new request from the Business regarding the user roles and functionalities in the Adjustment Data form. As per the requirements, there are two distinct roles: the Power User role and the User role.

Here’s a brief outline of the scenario:

• A user with the User role (e.g., user AAA) inputs data into the Adjustment Data form for a specific entity (e.g., Entity101) and subsequently locks the data form.
• Another user (e.g., user BBB) should be able to access the same data form, but under a different entity (e.g., Entity102).
• Importantly, user AAA should not have the capability to unlock the data form; only users with the Power User role should be able to do this.
