Actionable Field or Note on Approval Notification Title or Page but only for one participant.

Hi All,

We have a requirement where, while performing Transfers on the System,
the Employee Representative(who is a participant in the approval cycle) must click on a checkbox while approving the transfer that they are aware of the Transfer and the impact made related to security and accessibility and then only should be able to click on approve.

if not an actionable checkbox, can we have a note on the notification page, but that note should only be to the representative and not other participants.
And the note should be on the top or in the notification itself.

Does anyone have an idea on how we can achieve this or some other workarounds
