People group icon issues when assigning training

Hi Experts

Facing one issue while selecting person number list option while creating learning assignment.

after saving person number list when i am clicking on People group icon person number list is not populating instead upload csv file tab is populating.

on other hand in case of person criteria list is populating.

for more idea i am attaching the screenshots.
