Changes not visible in Change Order after its published

Summary:

We are pubslishing a change order to delete/replace a component in BOM; the process executes successfully and the change is reflected correctly in the BOM. However, we notice that the change details are not visible in the Change Order definition after its published; happening with select list of items not with all items.
