Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Once the employee request for a course or an offering, his request shall go for the Line Manager approval.

While the Line Manager is approving/rejecting the request, he shall be providing comments before he acts on the approval notification.

We have a requirement to send the comments that has been provided by the Line Manager in case of approving/rejecting the transaction to some other users.

So we are trying to create an alert to be triggered for the same.
