Error of Import Costs of PA Unprocessed Costs

Hi

I executed "Import Costs" of "Manage Unprocessed Costs" of PFM.
But I have got the error message below.
"Burden cost can't be calculated because the burden schedule version version1 isn't built."

Would you tell me where I should change?
