Post enabling planned schedule in OTL,data accuracy issue while applying absence if not publish
We are using both Planned Schedule and Work Schedule Assignment. However, if a week is not published in the Planned Schedule—even when there are no changes—reporting data becomes inconsistent. Should weeks without changes always be published to ensure accurate reporting?
Example- 1st Aug till 7th Aug Schedule is 8:00 am till 15:00 pm based on the work schedule assignment, this is prepopulated for planned schedule and that week is unpublished.
8th Aug till 14th Aug same schedule but the week is published
Schedule Hierarchy Start Point- Published schedule
Now the duration and time while applying absence is incorrect for the unpublished week.
