How to use "Mass Updates" to Mass Managers Assignment Changes Using a Spreadsheet

I'm trying to figure out how to perform a mass manager update, as the HDL option hasn't been successful for me.

I explored the Mass Updates feature and found it to be more user-friendly than HDL. However, I'm encountering issues when using it with Oracle ADFdi.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

1 - In the first step, I selected and added the user.

2 - I then chose the change type — in this case, a manager update.

3 - During the verification step, I selected Manage in Spreadsheet.

4- In the Excel spreadsheet, I added new rows for additional users and clicked Check In. The system returned "Checked in with no errors."
