User Account Not Disabled After Termination – Fusion HCM with IAM/AD Integration

Summary:

Hello,

We have a terminated employee whose resignation was approved in Oracle Fusion HCM. The termination date is [e.g., July 22, 2025], and the request is approved on 23 Jul 2025, the worker’s status is correctly updated to Terminated in the system.

However, the user account in Manage Users remains Active, and has not been disabled or end-dated, even after running the following processes manually:
• Import User and Role Application Security Data
• Send Pending LDAP Requests
• Update Person Search Keywords

Please note:
• Our Oracle Fusion environment is integrated with IAM and Active Directory.
• We are using external user provisioning and SSO.
