What options are available to achieve country-specific field visibility ?

Summary:

We are in the process of onboarding a new country this month and have configured a set of new fields mostly custom on the Personal Details page. These fields are intended to be visible only to employees in Germany.

We attempted to enforce this restriction using Transactional Design Studio (TDS) in a Sandbox environment; however, the fields remain visible to employees across all legislative data groups. Based on the 24A release notes, it appears that certain Biographical Info objects are not associated with a specific country stripe, which may explain the limitation we're encountering.

We also explored using EL expressions via Page Composer, but unfortunately, that approach did not yield the desired results either.
