Why is the "Requisition Details" link in bell notification in TEST environment going to PROD?

While doing some testing in our TEST environment, we noticed that the "Requisition Details" link in our Requisition Approval Bell Notification directs us to Production. We, of course, want this notification to direct us to the requisition in our TEST environment, not PROD. I copied the "Requisition Details" link from the page Requisition Approval Bell Notification and modified it to point to our TEST environment. When I do this, the Redwood requisition page in TEST shows properly and as we would have expected it to.

We are facing the same issue in DEV1. The Requisition Details link in the Requisition Approval Bell Notification tries to direct us to PROD instead of DEV1.
