How do I set up the Grades/Grade Rates/ Grade Ladders to view only for HR Specialists.

Hello Everyone,

We have a requirement wherein we are required to give "only View Access" to HR specialists for Grades/Grade Rates/ Grade Ladders. They should be able to make any changes.

We are using a custom HR Specialist role which has almost all the privileges from the seeded HR Specialist role. Currently, the privileges that enable HR Specialists to Manage Grade/Grade Rate/Grade ladders are:

Manage Assignment Grade
Manage Assignment Grade Ladder
Manage Assignment Grade Rate

These privileges are inherited from the role called as Workforce Structures Management (ORA_PER_WORKFORCE_STRUCTURES_MANAGEMENT_DUTY).
Now my doubt is if I remove these privileges, which privilege should I add so that my custom HR Specialist role is able to just view the grade and grade rates.
