Issues with page performance and duplicate values in indexes after enabling some Redwood pages?
As we work toward rolling out more and more Redwood pages to our end users, leaving other pages Responsive that may have been defaulted as Redwood by Oracle, we are noticing more issues with the end user experience.
- Duplicate results for values that were recently changed in both the fields and filters tied to Oracle Search indexes (i.e. Departments, Parent Position, Jobs, etc). This issue has occurred both when large amounts of data were loaded though the HDL and when a few changes were made through the UI. (SR#4-0000782614 and SR#4-0000885285)
- Page slowness and unresponsiveness in both our PROD (SR#4-0000901378 and SR#4-0000900588) and DEV (SR#4-0000892177) environments. In PROD, users were unable to add attachments to Positions or Candidates and could not extend offers. In DEV, slowness has been experienced specifically when attempting to make changes in VBS. Oracle has submitted a product bug for the VBS issue.
