UOM Missing on some punchout items

One of our punchout catalogs is missing the UOM value on Oracle requisitions when we order anything with Case as the UOM. We tried following the steps on the attached KB Article, but that was unsuccessful. Additionally, we confirmed that our UOM mapping for Case is correct in our UOM mapping set.

This issue seemed to occur a few weeks after we received our 25B quarterly release, though I cannot confirm if that is the cause. Why would our punchout catalog not include the UOM values if we have them mapped?
