Request for Info redirected to system in External registration but not visible

Summary:

Hi Team,

When a supplier is registered via a link (External Registration), it goes to approver but in "Request Information" option under Actions LOV, a popup appears where only one option is available as "Application". Now, I understand that it cannot show the supplier's contact because the request isn't approved and there is no registered contact for the same in system yet, but for Application option, where does the request go?

When I submitted it, I did not get any email or any system notification for the same. The request is stuck now.
