Summary:

Enabled 'Allow internal candidate search' for agencies feature in UAT and tested. Customer wants to ensure before moving to Production env, that by enabling this feature will not breach any Customer's data privacy.

Is there any confirmation that it will not allow external agencies access to customer's Talent pools, Candidate lists and that it will not breach any Customer's data privacy.

  • Does Agencies get anyadditional rights from this privilege? 
  • Does this privilege allow Agencies to search through Customer's candidate pools within the Hiring portal ?
