Updated name of the department is not reflected on all pages

Summary:

Hi

our client has updated the name of a department, but now this change is not reflected on all pages, for example in the page "allocate checklist" the name of the updated department is not shown but is shown the old one. The checklist was assigned after the name update.

Did anyone have a similar problem? How can we fix so you can see the department name updated?
