VBCS - Validation rule and business form rule for Edit Document of Record in Approval Notification

Hi,

We are implementing the document of record approval for our client.

Both approver (i.e., line manager) and HR rep will input the nesscary data by clicking "Edit" button on the approval notification. During our internal test, we found that there are two redwood pages for document of record.

  1. Document Record - Add : This page is used for end-user to submit a new document record with the selected document type for approval. We can configure which data fields should be shown on screen against with the user's job role / data role, and allow to add the validation rule
