Why I get an error when confirming the cycle count in the mobile UI?

What is the exact reason to get following error when completing the cycle count in Oracle Fusion Inventory Management (Mobile) UI? 'ProcessingFlag: Cycle Count cannot adjust one or more serial numbers because they are marked by another transaction. Serial numbers not adjusted: 1. (INV-2416471)'

Please give me an advice.
