Business Unit Assignment for Bank Account upload via Rapid Implementation

Hi there,

We have uploaded our bank accounts using the "Create Banks, Branches and Accounts in Spreadsheet". Upon the upload we have noticed that all business units which do not belong to the legal entity that the bank account was created against, have been assigned in the "Business Unit Access" tab.

Please note that as per our enterprise structure, we have only ONE ledger.

We would like to the reason for the above BU assignment. Also, Is there a way that we could avoid this since we don't require all business units to be assigned to a single bank account.
