Good Day

We are currently investigating this. We have a shortlisting tool and need to capture/download all resumes/cv's from Oracle HCM / ORC. We have access to LinkedIn Recruiter in addition. But my main concern is simply downloading the candidates resume's to a centralised area for shortlisting. Can this be done?

Does anyone know how or have a suggested workflow for this?
