We've created a Context Segment at the requisition line level.
By setting the default value 'N' in the Context Segment, the value is derived correctly when adding a catalog line (with BPA), but when adding a non-catalog request or Smartform line to the cart, the value is not derived.

We need to be able to derive a default value depending on the BU of the requester
