Recruit Module Limited and Glitchy Functionality: Do any customers like this module?

Summary:

We went live with Oracle HCM in May 2024 and are currently in the process of implementing the Recruit Module in Redwood (tentative 8/4/25 launch). Our team is struggling with the limited functionality available in this platform and the continuous glitches that have caused significant problems in our recruiting flow. Since go live, Oracle has not been able to identify a fix for: two way messaging, interview scheduling, campaigns, AI (best candidates, similar candidates, candidate ranking)

We are unable to use two way messaging because it does not consistently work. Candidates will reply to our messages and only half the time does the reply make it back to the recruiter. This has been an open SR with Oracle since May 2024 and we are currently doing all messaging in outlook
