We have been having some performance issues and change orders were being thrown into a failed status even though they had already been approved. So, we tried to recover them first, but they were still being failed.

We now have tried to terminate the change orders, but they are stuck in the "in progress" status. I have confirmed the POs were not changed at all. Is there any tips or trick to get this unstuck?
