DFF should Auto-Fetch Values based on supplier

Summary:

We have configured a Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) on the Purchase Order header to capture the Supplier Account Number, using a common lookup for value selection.

However, our requirement is to automatically populate the DFF value based on the selected Supplier and Ship-To Location on the Purchase Order.
