Regarding Redwood Process

Summary:

When using the ‘Hire an Employee’ or ‘Local or Global Transfer’ processes through Redwood-enabled pages, the newly hired or transferred employee does not appear in the ‘Employment Info’ page — which is also Redwood — until the following processes are run:
Required ESS Jobs for Indexing to OSCS:
- fa-hcm-acl
- fa-hcm-savedsearch
- fa-hcm-person
Additional Process:
- Compute Users ACL — with User Population: All Users
This behavior is prompting concern from our HR team, as it deviates from expectations based on the Responsive and Classic UI, where such indexing steps were not required for real-time visibility in employment-related pages.
Impact:
- The ‘Employment Info’ page does not reflect new hires or transfers until the above processes are manually scheduled and completed.
