Cannot Edit PO from requisition with split charge accounts (never received or invoiced) - RSSP

We cannot edit a Charge Accounts on a PO with Split from Requisitions in RSSP, gives below error. We had a SR# 4-0000806288 opened and was provided with 25D roadmap. It doesn't clearly state if this feature is implemented.
