Supplier Contact Unable to View Assigned Action Plan Task – Redirects to Homepage

Hi Community,

We’re testing the new Redwood Supplier Action Plans feature (25A/25B) and have come across an issue with task access on the Supplier Portal.

Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement 25A What's New

Here’s what we observed:

  • The qualification and associated action plan are assigned correctly, and the supplier receives the notification.
  • When the supplier clicks “See Task”, it redirects them to the portal homepage, and the task never opens.

Is this a known issue or configuration gap? Any suggestions or confirmation from others testing the same feature would help a lot!
