Probation date getting changed after Global Transfer
Summary:
Hi Team,
Business case: We have a confirmed employee on LE "X". Now, on effective 1st July 2025, we are doing the Global transfer of this employee to LE "Y", and we are seeing that the probation end date got updated to some future date viz 31st Dec 2025, however the employee was already confirmed on LE "X", which is contrary behavior.
Can we freeze the Probation unit and Probation period in this case? so that it will pick the prior Probation end date only.?
Also, can probation duration be calculated on basis of Enterprise Hire Date instead of Legal employer's Hire Date? Please suggest
