Risk Management Cloud - Email notification not triggering

Hello

We have created a control in RMC that is scheduled to run regularly. We are receiving in-app notifications for new incidents but it is not being sent to the Owner's emails. Under the Settings for Email Alerts and Notifications, we have enabled Advanced control incidents to send out an email and notification but only the notification is working

Is there anything we are missing?
