In RSSP - Multi-line expression was incorrect when updateing the request header

Summary:

1. we created multiple charge accounts, deliver to location, and deliver date in one requisition

2. When changing header information and SUBMIT, DELIVERY DATE and DELIVER TO LOCATION appear as empty values and CHARGE ACCOUNT is incorrect.

I think there shouldn't be different content for each line. Or is there another solution?
