New Hire status field in Work Relationship is empty for Candidates hires through ORC

Summary:

The pending worker is created when the candidate is Move to HR after the offer is accepted. After the Pending worker is converted to employee, the new hire status flag is blank. Wanted to know if this something that can be updated for new hires coming from ORC
