Learning alert composer - ${activeDate}

Hi,

Does anyone know exactly which date the following token extracts ${activeDate}?

We are trying to create a notification that trigger only at the time of the assignment to the offering and not of the assignment to the course.
I wouldn't want to use resource learnerLearningRecords/primarySelectedCourseOffering because it would increase the performance of the notification.

The filter "${activeDate} >= SYSDATE - 1" seems to work and is available in the resource learnerLearningRecords. I would like to know exactly which date you extract.
